Study Tips
Set up a study timetable early - AND STICK TO IT!! Make sure it gives time for work, rest and play!
Schedule regular breaks.
Drink plenty of water and eat WELL - not rubbish food.
Keep active - go for a walk in your break time to refresh yourself and keep oxygen flowing.
Build up to doing exams under exam conditions.
Make sure you have completed some past exams within the required time limits!
Set small goals and REWARD yourself for reaching them.
Set up a dedicated workspace that has everything you need so you do not have to keep getting up and breaking your concentration.
TURN OFF YOUR PHONE, TV, RADIO AND OTHER DISTRACTIONS WHILE STUDYING.
Make sure you have some time off before the exam.
